Job Description
We are recruiting for adhoc Receptionists on a temporary basis for a Client based in Birmingham.
This is for adhoc receptionist cover in Birmingham City Centre with various dates and time lengths available.
Hours: Monday - Friday 9AM-5:30PM
Location: Birmingham (all office based)
Pay: £10.00 per hour
THE JOB PURPOSE
To support the existing reception team with all admin and reception duties, to be first point of contact for all visitors and dealing with any queries that arise.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Main reception duties
- Answering inbound calls
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Previous receptionist or admin experience is essential
- Great communication and organisational skills
- Confident dealing with queries
- Confident speaking to people in person and over the phone
- Friendly and approachable personality
