Our public sector client based in Wolverhampton is looking for a receptionist for an ongoing temporary assignment to support their organisation. This role is Monday to Friday working full time 37.00 hours per week, paying £9.50 per hour for the first 12 weeks then £9.54 from the 13th working week. Please note that for 23 and under this will be paying NMW for the first 12 weeks, then £9.54 in the 13th working week.
The role will require you to answer telephone calls and relay messages. Book in visitors to the building. Update and maintain electronic records on their database system. Order stationery, stocking up interview/group rooms adequately. Photocopying, posting or proof-reading data. Sorting and distributing mail and other general administrative duties.
You will also be responsible for maintaining security for the building by providing passes to visitors/contractors and notifying appropriate people that a visitor has arrived to see them.
The successful candidate must be proficient in the use of Excel, Word & Outlook and have excellent customer service skills.
Please note this role does require a DBS clearance and three years referencing.
