Job Description

Our client a professional, well established and leading company based in the centre of Cardiff are looking for a Receptionist/Telephonist- Front of House for their new custom built state of the art offices.

Do you have a Front of House/Receptionist background with the ability to demonstrate outstanding customer service skills at all times? Are you professional in appearance and have the natural flare of giving a first class service to all clients and guests?

You will be providing support and cover to the reception areas
Greeting clients on arrival and immediately making them feel welcome
Ensuring relevant personnel are notified when clients and visitors arrive
Answer inbound telephone calls and make outbound calls.
Administration duties.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm.
