Our client is looking for a Receptionist to join their busy expanding team. Based in Newcastle, you will benefit from a competative pay rate, excellent hours of work and will be responsible for the following duties:
- Meet and greet visitors to site, ensuring that all Health and Safety is adhered to
- Answer, screen, and transfer calls
- Update and maintain internal databases and records
- General admin - filing, scanning, sorting post etc
Due to the nature of the role, you will need to undergo an enhanced DBS application. You will be presentable, a confident communicator and have excellent IT skills.
This is a full time position, Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm.
Hourly rate: £10 + per hour.
This is an urgent requirement and therefore candidates who are available to start immediately will be considered as priority.
