Job Description

Part Time - Temporary
Monday 8.45 - 5.15, Wednesday 12-8 with an hour for lunch - 15 hours per week
Pay Rate- £9.50 increasing to £9.54 after 12 working weeks

Receptionist
To provide an effective and efficient first point of contact with all visitors, telephone callers and undertake administrative functions in accordance with service policy and procedures.
Skills required - word, excel, email eg Outlook, (power point optional), internet. Online training will be provided to enable search and navigation of NPS electronic case recording system."


Typical qualifications and experience: five GCSEs at Grade C or above or equivalent (including English Language or equivalent), NVQ Business Administration Level 2, or suitable clerical experience. Administrative experience with a good knowledge of and experience in using Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
