A full time temporary position has come available within a government department in the Wrexham area.
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, office hours.
Pay rate: £9.50 per hour going up to £9.54 after 12 weeks.
Job Spec: Greeting visitors to site (staff, Agencies, Contractors) and signing them in and out. Dealing with petty cash and weekly submissions to Finance Team. Completion of Appointment letters and correspondence, answering office phone and directing calls to colleagues, message taking. Data input into case management system. Some Health and Safety duties - weekly alarm testing and submission of results.
May be required to cover evening reception 5-8.30pm but will adjust the working day hours to accommodate the late reception cover.
