Job Description

Brook Street has an opportunity for a confident Receptionist to join a growing, fast paced organisation on a temporary basis starting from June 6th, 2022. You will deliver exceptional customer service face to face, by phone, email, social media, and post

The hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8:30AM - 4:30, and Friday 8:30 - 4PM

What will you do as Receptionist?

  • Deal with and take ownership of enquiries from staff, members of the public, management, and external bodies
  • Ensure all visitors and contractors are received and registered correctly
  • Assist with petty cash/society and till account reconciliations
  • Carry out interviews with applicants, providing relevant advice, making appropriate offers
  • Receive incoming telephone calls, manage enquiries and logging them on to the appropriate management information system
  • Liaise with other areas of the business to provide further support

What type of skills/experience do I need to be considered for this role?

  • Customer service experience
  • Experience of working in a large, busy office environment and dealing with a large volume of queries
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Ability to travel between sites, sometimes with short notice
