Job Description

Brook Street are recruiting a receptionist for a government client based in Bridgwater, Somerset.
This is a temporary role until 29/08/2022 with the possibility of an extension.
This is a full-time role of 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday 08:30-17:00 (16:30 Fridays).
Pay rate is £9.50.
Key Duties Include:
- To work on reception seeing in service users, members of the public and staff.
- Answering the phone and diverting calls and messages.
- Dealing with petty cash and travel warrants.
- Reporting building issues to FM and admin duties such as letters, scanning and archiving.
- Excel, word, and experience of databases is preferable
