Receptionist

Job Description

My well-established client, within the legal industry, are looking for an experience Receptionist/Secretary to join their team based in Cranbrook.

You will have either Receptionist and/or Secretary experience, attention to detail, strong communication skills, adaptable, able to provide high levels of professional service, dedicated and enjoys being a team player.

Duties:
- First point of contact for clients and visitors.
- Providing secretarial support to the office.
- Assisting with file archiving.
- General administration tasks.
- Dealing with all internal and external phone calls.

Ideally have legal knowledge/experience and 1-2 years of Receptionist/Secretary experience essential.

Role: Receptionist/Support Secretary
Location: Cranbrook
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm
Salary: £19,000-£21,000 (Depending on experience)
