My Client is looking for a hardworking, dedicated and highly organised professional to join their team in Tunbridge Wells.
You will have previous Receptionist experience within a Law firm or in the professional service sector, exceptional communication skills, committed, attention to detail, diary management, general administration abilities and likes a varied position.
- Answering calls, taking messages and passing them onto the relevant person.
- Co-ordinating meeting room bookings and car parking facilities.
- First point of contact for all clients and visitors in the office.
- Liaising with other departments in the office.
- Scanning relevant documents and passing these onto the correct department.

Location: Tunbridge Wells
Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.30pm
Salary: £20,000-£22,000k (Depending on experience)
