Job Description

Brook Street has an opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to join a fantastic organisation on a temporary basis. Your hours of work can be 8-4, 8:30-4:30 or 9-5

You will provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to your team

What will you do as Receptionist?

  • Liaise and support coordination of services
  • Support the dissemination and coordination of resources
  • Organise and support the planning of meetings/events
  • General meet and greet
  • Answering telephone calls, dealing with members of the public face to face
  • Maintain accurate data using internal systems

What type of skills/experience do I need to be considered for this role?

  • Good knowledge and use of Microsoft Office
  • The ability to provide and receive routine information orally, in writing an electronically
  • The ability to prioritise requests and deal with requests in a timely manner
  • Audio typing experience
  • The ability to speak Welsh is desirable but not essential
