Brook Street has an opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to join a fantastic organisation on a temporary basis. Your hours of work can be 8-4, 8:30-4:30 or 9-5
You will provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to your team
What will you do as Receptionist?
- Liaise and support coordination of services
- Support the dissemination and coordination of resources
- Organise and support the planning of meetings/events
- General meet and greet
- Answering telephone calls, dealing with members of the public face to face
- Maintain accurate data using internal systems
What type of skills/experience do I need to be considered for this role?
- Good knowledge and use of Microsoft Office
- The ability to provide and receive routine information orally, in writing an electronically
- The ability to prioritise requests and deal with requests in a timely manner
- Audio typing experience
- The ability to speak Welsh is desirable but not essential
