Job Description
Brook Street are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to work for a government client based in Yeovil
This is a full time role working Monday-Friday, 08030-1630
Rate of pay is £10.30 per hour
This is a temporary role for 3 months with a possibility of an extension
Main duties include:
-Booking in patients
-Keeping systems and patient records up to date
-Processing paperwork and documentation
-Responding to queries via email and telephone
Skills and experience required:
-Previous Customer Service Experience
-Good IT, skills with experience of using Microsoft Office
-Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
-Able to work within a fast paced environment
