Job Role -Receptionist
All reception duties including issuing travel warrants, petty cash, completing monthly finance returns. Raising stationery orders, fault reporting, H&S building inductions, fire alarm testing, panic alarm testing and maintaining records. Reception and switchboard cover including late night cover on Tuesday evenings (can be until 8pm but usually only until 7pm). Free car parking is available on site.
Typical qualifications and experience: five GCSEs at Grade C or above or equivalent (including English Language or equivalent), NVQ Business Administration Level 2, or suitable clerical experience. Administrative experience with a good knowledge of and experience in using Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
