Are you a flexible part time receptionist looking for a new role working for a large office facilities management service with over 30 years in the industry with an immediate start in mind.
Part time Receptionist Role with great working hours, great benefits and a fantastic office with amazing city views.
There are currently two positions for this role with options of working hours:
Mon 8.00 - 5.30 (1 hour lunch)
Tue 8.00 - 5.30 (1 hour lunch)
Wed 8.00 - 12.30
Wed 1.00 - 5.30
Thur 8.00 - 5.30 (1 hour lunch)
Fri 8.00 - 5.30 (1 hour lunch)
Although training on the job will be provided, they are looking for someone to hit the ground running, with a friendly, Can do attitude.
You'll build effective relationships with new and existing customers, working as part of a team to give our community everything they need.

Front of house, welcoming existing and new customers, call taking, admin, emails and controlling a busy internal system.
