Are you an experienced receptionist who is looking for a new challenge in a fast growing, multi-site legal firm,
You need to be a confident, corporate professional with a friendly, welcoming nature who has a minimum of 2 years previous experience in a reception role with the use of a switchboard also being desirable.
To be successful in this role, impeccable reception skills are essential ensuring the highest levels of client care, accuracy & confidentiality. You will need excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with previous reception experience within a law firm desirable but not essential.
Promoting the firm through excellent customer care and professionalism;
Process all incoming telephone calls with no undue delay, in a courteous, helpful and professional manner; referring enquiries to secretaries/fee earner, or taking accurate messages;
Meeting and greeting the clients in person;
Maintaining a high standard of security in respect of client data and confidentiality;
The ideal candidate will:
Display discretion, trustworthiness, reliability, pro-activity, calmness under pressure and great communication skills.
Be well presented
Be resourceful and confident, organised and efficient, with a positive, can-do attitude
Flexible working hours over Monday - Saturday
