Brook Street have the pleasure of working with our client based in Cambridge. They are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join their Adhoc front of house services, incorporating a perfect first impression from the moment someone enters a building to the moment they leave. You'll be representing the client so image aligning with the representation of the building is a must.

Hours: Thursday & Friday 8am -17.30pm

Start date: Immediate Start

Knowledge & Experience

• Reception Management
• Proven organisational skills, capable of multitasking, prioritising and working to deadlines
• The ability to handle multiple inputs and interruptions and to remain calm and effective
• The ability to establish good working relationships
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner
• Positive and professional telephone manner
• Effective problem-solving skills and uses their own initiative
• Able to work independently with initiative
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing job requirements
