We're recruiting for a Receptionist to start ASAP.

Hours: 8:30am - 17:30pm
Location: Herefordshire, England

THE JOB PURPOSE

To cover the car dealership reception area with all admin and reception duties, to be first point of contact for all visitors and dealing with any queries that arise.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Main reception duties
• Meeting and greeting customers
• Answering inbound calls
• Signing in customers
• Administration
• First point of call for all customers

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• Previous receptionist experience is essential
• Great communication and organisational skills
• Confident dealing with queries
• Confident speaking to people in person and over the phone
• Friendly and approachable personality
