Receptionist

Location: Peterborough
Salary: £10:42 An Hour (Subject to change to fall in line with new National Minimum Wage requirements)
Working hours: FULL TIME: Monday - Friday 8:45am - 5:15PM. (Successful candidate will be required to alternate Tuesday/Thursday late night which is on a rota system and will be 10:30am - 18:45pm)

Our client situated in Peterborough Probation Service are looking for a Experienced Receptionist to join their team on a Full Time Temporary basis. As a vital member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the seamless running of the general organisation. This is a Temporary position, however, is very likely to be extended.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proficient in IT and Microsoft Software packages.
• " Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• " Ability to react quickly and professionally when needed.
• " Deal with general queries from people on Probation attending the office to see their Officers.
• " Manage inbound and outbound Calls from people on Probation or prisons wishing to speak to Officers.
• " Booking people in for appointments
• " Refunding travel fare

Requirements:

• " Previous experience in Administration
• " Exceptional communication and listening skills
• " The ability to multitask
• " Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• " Exceptional Customer Service
