Our client based in Waltham Cross is looking for an organised and professional receptionist to run their front desk.

This is a temporary role. The hours are 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and therefore will be expected to be always both welcoming and professional.

Some of your duties will include answering calls, using the switchboard, meeting and greeting, booking in visitors, car parking spaces etc and helping out with general ad hoc administration duties.

The successful candidate must be reliable, punctual and organised. Excellent interpersonal skills, pleasant phone manner, and familiarity with Word and Outlook are required.
