Brook Street have a fantastic opportunity to work within the government sector for our client . A role starting as soon as possible on a temporary basis. Working in a professional team on reception based in Chelmsford.
The role is part time as follows: Mon/Tues then alternate Friday's or Wed/Thus then alternate Fridays and will need to cover Saturday's 9.30-2.30 on a rota basis. On a Tues/Thursday a later finish so the required candidate may be required to work until 7pm depending on rota.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support. They will follow set procedures and will exercise some independent judgement in carrying out instructions, under general supervision. Examples of work performed will include but not be restricted to:
` Managing reception
` Processing of applications, fee accounting and cashier duties, processing orders, IT data input
` Overseeing administrative procedures and processes
` Processing correspondence, processing orders, IT data input
` Acting as a administrative liaison with internal and / or external sources
` Preparing routine correspondence
Typical qualifications and experience:
` Administrative experience with a good knowledge of and experience in using Microsoft Office
` Good communication skills, both oral and written
The role is paid at minimum wage for your age.
