Job Description
A government body based in Crawley seek a temporary receptionist to work at their offices in Crawley for at least 3 months.
Duties entail:
-Reception cover - answering telephone calls & greeting service users & visitors to the site.
-Facilities management oversight - logging of work orders & chasing progress.
-Health & safety checks - fire alarm testing, personal alarm testing, workplace inspections & keeping records updated.
-Ability to use MS Office - Outlook, Word & Excel
-Other administrative tasks as requested by line manager."
The role is part time working 3 days a week Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 9am to 5pm
The pay is 8.72 to 8.78 per hour.
