Job Description
A government organisation based in Hackney require a receptionist/admin assistant to work in their offices on a temporary basis initially for 3 months.
Duties involve:
"Access databases, updating and amending records.
-Using Microsoft to create data and keep records
- Arranging appointments for report interviews.
-Answering queries via telephone and shared mailbox.
- uploading documents onto databases
- Transferring updated records to other offices.
- reception duty at the office
The role is full time working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and the pay starts at £9.06 per hour.
Microsoft Office assessments and full vetting will be carried out on the successful post-holder.
