Job Description

Receptionist & Office Administrator
Full time 8am - 17:30 Monday to Friday
Paying up to £21,000 per annum
Based in Coventry
Excellent company benefits

The Receptionist & Office Administrator will act as the font of house for the business whilst being the initial point of contact for all main incoming calls and site visitors.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Receiving all main inbound calls, directing them to the relevant department where necessary
Making sure the reception, lobby and meeting areas are always kept in a visually high standard
Confirming visitor attendance with onsite security
Organising and preparing meetings
Checking staff clock in & out information and generating monthly reports for HR
Office stationary supply orders, managing any invoices
Arranging correct parking and allocation of spaces for visitors

ABOUT YOU
Experience working as a Receptionist and Office Administrator
A friendly, professional and approachable manner
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Have good Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
Knowledge working with invoices
Be organised with excellent attention to detail
Knowledge and experience working in the Freight or Logistics industry is highly desirable
