Our Sutton based public sector client is presently recruiting for a full time temporary receptionist, duties including answering calls, receiving visitors (including service users, staff and other professionals), ensuring building security is maintained, upholding confidentiality, undertaking fire and panic alarm tests, processing incoming and outgoing mail, opening and closing the building. Excellent customer service skills are required for this role including the ability to confidently deal with difficult customers. Previous reception experience would be highly beneficial. Job offer subject to successful DBS enhanced clearance. Hourly payrate starts on 7.83 per hour after 12 working weeks it increases to £9.58, 3 month temporary assignment with a potential extension.
