One of my prestigious government clients is presently recruiting for a Temporary Worker to provide reception admin tasks. He or she will follow set procedures and will exercise some independent judgment in carrying out instructions, under general supervision.
It is a 6 months full time temporary assignment starting ASAP subject to successful clearance. Monday -Friday 9:00-5:30pm.
It is a Examples of work performed will include but not be restricted to:
Ensuring a smooth running of reception
Dealing with service users face to face in reception area by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
Maintain security by following procedures by monitoring sign in book and issuing visitor's badges
Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
Contribute to team by accomplishing related results as needed
Sorting and handing out mail
Stationary orders and odd jobs
Completing KPI's for building (fire alarm testing)
