Job Description

My client within the Public Sector are currently recruiting for a receptionist to join our client based in Grimsby, on a temporary assignment for approximately 3 months on a full time basis of 37 hours per week

To provide an effective and efficient first point of contact with all visitors, telephone callers and undertake administrative functions in accordance with service policy and procedures. The role will involve working with vulnerable adults on a regular basis and you will need a DBS

To provide an effective and efficient first point of contact with all visitors, telephone callers and undertake administrative functions in accordance with service policy and procedures.

Relevant experience, NVQ Level 2 Administration (or equivalent)
Awareness of Health and Safety processes (Training will be given as required)
Skills for defusing difficult situations, including aggressive language or behaviour
Experience of money handling and basic reconciliation

The pay rate is NMW
