My public sector client is seeking both a full time and part time Receptionist to join their busy front of house team.
The role will involve meeting and greeting members of the general public, handling calls, answering queries and forwarding to the relevant person or department as necessary. Duties will also include the completion of general admin duties, accurate data entry and responsibility for keeping an accurate visitor log.
The ideal candidate will have previous reception or customer service experience. Public sector experience is advantageous but is not essential. The successful candidate must also be able to deal with difficult calls or queries in an efficient and effective manner.
