Receptionist / Office Assistant - Temp to Perm
Locations: Uckfield
Pay: Up to £13 per hour

We're looking for a confident and friendly Receptionist / Office Assistant to join a busy front-of-house team in Uckfield.

This is a temp-to-perm role offering variety, responsibility, and the chance to be the face of a professional, welcoming workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage reception and welcome visitors
  • Answer phones and handle general enquiries
  • Prepare refreshments and assist with meeting room setup
  • Keep communal areas clean, stocked, and organised
  • Order supplies, manage deliveries, and support admin tasks
  • Use internal systems to process data, time sheets, and purchase orders

What We're Looking For:

  • Reception or admin experience (office or hospitality background welcome)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Confident with Microsoft Office and office systems
  • Organised, proactive, and a great team player
