I have various opportunities at as a receptionist for various dates over the Christmas period (excluding Christmas and boxing day)- locations include Reading, Bracknell and Theale. My clients require a receptionist only for certain days they need covering and therefore this role is not a long term contract. This role offers flexibility and doesn't require long term commitments.

Key Responsibilities, but will not be restricted, include:

The Temporary Worker will provide receptionist duties. He or she will follow set procedures and will exercise some independent judgement in carrying out instructions, under general supervision. Examples of work performed will include but not be restricted to:

- Greet visitors on arrival
- Assess when to engage with customers and when to leave them to their own devices
- Talk to customers to build rapport and out what assistance or information they require
- Manage several sets of visitors at the same time by moving between groups, engaging and disengaging with individuals
- Encourage visitors to browse the showroom at will
- Guide visitors to the hub, children's area and information centre
- Asks visitors to help themselves to a drink or make one for them if they prefer
- Work with colleagues and teams across the centre to provide a seamless service to customers
- Ensure opportunities for sales by other teams are followed up by the most appropriate specialist


Salary: £8.87 per hour plus holiday pay
