Receptionist/ Facilities Assistant - DEFRA

What Will Be Your Day to Day Tasks?
Facilities assistants are assigned to teams to carry out a variety of general administration tasks and duties, these will include but not be limited to:
- Reception duties
- Signing people in and out of the building
- Organising ID cards for employees and visitors
- House keeping (flushing of water systems, fire safety, general organisation and tidying)
- Post room (incoming and outgoing mail)
- Replenishing and organising stock (stationary orders, tea, coffee etc.)
- Waste Figures (spreadsheet use)
