A government organisation based in Hackney require a temporary Receptionist to manage a busy reception desk,
The competencies are:
-using Microsoft to create data and keep records
- arranging appointments for report interviews
-access in-house database, updating and amending records
-answering queries via telephone and shared mailbox
- uploading documents on in-house database
- transferring updates of records for other locations
The pay rate for this role starts at 8.87 an hour
If offered the role vetting will be carried out and competencies in aptitude and Microsoft Office will be assessed.
