Are you searching for that elusive part time role in the Larne area? Working hours 0830 - 1700 Thursday and Friday suit you?

Brook Street are recruiting for a part-time Receptionist on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have 2 years experience in a receptionist or customer facing role.

Major duties include:

- Switchboard operation and reception of visitors to the company premises.
- Organise meeting request, agendas, booking of various meeting rooms.
- Liaise with travel agent to ensure bookings are made in line with Company Travel Approval procedure.
- Accurately recording and maintaining of postage records.
- Liaise with travel agent to ensure bookings are made in line with Company Travel Approval procedure.
- Assist with other areas of the office when necessary, to meet varying demands of the business.
- Responsibility for confirming reservations and hotel bookings for managers and visitors.

The successful applicant must possess the following attributes:
- 2 years experience in a Reception role
- Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
- Friendly, personable yet professional manner
- Ability to take on new tasks and learn quickly
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- IT literate
