Part Time Receptionist -Inverness
A Local family run Garage is looking for a Part time (20 hours a week) Receptionist to join their friendly Service Reception and Admin team.
The successful candidate will work Monday, Tuesday & Friday 9.00am to 4.00pm but some flexibility can be shown. The ideal candidate will be customer focused, have great attention to detail and have experience of working in a busy reception environment

" Meeting and greeting customers as they enter the business with a warm and professional welcome
" Answering the telephone and taking detailed messages
" Raising and filing invoices (training will be given)
" Complete various other administration tasks


" Experience of working in a busy reception
" Passionate about delivering great customer service
" Previous admin experience
" Great organisation skills

£11.60 per hour
