Job Description

Are you looking for a new role to start in 2020? We are currently working in partnership with an outstanding plastic surgery clinic based in Central London, recruiting for two Receptionists to join them on a permanent basis starting early January.

Key responsibilities:
- Ensuring the reception area is always well presented
- Providing assistance over the phone, via email and in person in relation to patient queries
- Processing payments
- Liaising with other departments within the clinic
- Ensure patient registration forms are completed and inputting data accurately
- Basic administration tasks

To be considered for this exciting opportunity within a top private clinic, you will need strong reception and customer facing skills, be highly organised with a keen eye for detail. Ensuring patients are looked after to the highest standard is a top priority so you must enjoy liaising with people both over the phone and in person.

Shift patterns:
Monday, Thursday and Friday: 7am-4pm / 11.30am-8.30pm
Tuesday and Wednesday: 7am-4pm
Two Saturdays per month
