We have a great opportunity for a receptionist to work within the Public Sector in Laindon. This position is an ongoing temporary opportunity which is expected to run for the next 12 months.
You will be working alongside another receptionist answering calls, signing in visitors whilst helping out with admin duties as and when required. The position will be working that the Probation Service so you must have excellent communication skills and be able to work with confidence. Previous office experience is advantageous along with the ability to use MS Office to an intermediate level .
The successful candidate will need to undertake a back ground criminal record check which costs £45.00, this will then be reimbursed after working 6 weeks.
You will be working 37 hours per week with 1 hour for lunch and you will be expected to work one late night this will be on a Wednesday, on this day you will start late in the day around 1pm and expected finish time will be at the latest 9pm.
You will be paid every Friday and the rate you can expect to be paid is £7.83 per hour.
