Prepare documents and complete forms as per department procedures
Resolve customer queries, whether personal or via the phone or email, showing excellent customer service at all times
Respond to queries in a timely manner respecting department KPIs
Answer incoming calls in an effective and customer focused manner - directing as appropriate
File, store, retrieve and collate information accurately and efficiently
