Job Description

Receptionist /Admin Assistant

I am looking to recruit a Full Time Receptionist/Admin Assistant for a company based in Long Itchington, near Southam.

The hours are between 7am - 3pm 8 hours per day with some flexibility on start and finish time.

The salary is £19,500 per annum with 24 days holiday, free parking and company uniform.

Main duties of the role include -
Meeting and greeting of all visitors
Managing vehicle entry and ensuring correct protocol is carried out
Answering all incoming calls and directing them to the correct department
Ordering of stock required by the business
Checking of invoices and ensuring they are costed correctly passing on for authorised signature
Inputting staff hours on to the system and reporting to head office
Recording staff holidays and sickness
Other general office duties

For this position you will ideally have a good administration background and some experience in reception is highly desirable.

You will have excellent communication skills and be methodical in your approach to work whilst always maintaining the highest level of professionalism .
