DO YOU HAVE RECEPTIONIST EXPERIENCE AND ARE AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY?

Our client in the Tunbridge Wells area is looking for a temporary receptionist for 4 weeks with the view to then extending this to a 6 month contract.

Your duties will include:
Answering, transferring Calls
Greeting Visitors inc. Clients and Suppliers
Organising Travel inc. Hotels, flights, trains, taxis, car hire
Arranging couriers
Post Receivement and Distribution inc. franking
Stationary Orders
Raising PO`s
Board Packs
MD- Printing
Booking in Pallets
Movements
Fire Registers
Printing labels staff shop and Canteen
Signing in visitors if told to go straight to Reception e.g. Big Customers/Board
Booking Meeting Rooms/Calender update on boards
