This busy organisation based in Bolton is looking for someone with previous customer service experience to work on their reception and be a first point of contact for visitors and callers to the business.
You will provide a full reception service and also be flexible to support other departments with administration as and when required.
Duties will include:
Handling incoming calls through the main switchboard, greeting visitors, making refreshments for visitors, helping to set up meeting rooms and maintaining a tidy reception area.
Administration duties will include, opening and distributing mail, photocopying and scanning documents, ordering stationary and keeping stock cupboards tidy.

The company will put the successful candidate on a Customer Service or Business Admin apprenticeship after 3-4 months so you should be willing to do this
You should have fantastic communication skills and be very customer focused. Good computer skills are also needed.
