Job Description

We are currently working with an outstanding clinic on Harley Street, recruiting for a Receptionist/Administrator to join their small administration team. This clinic specialises in diagnostic imaging and the role will involve providing excellent customer care and communication.

Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with all customer enquiries in person, over the phone and via email
- Arrange patient appointments and send confirmation and supporting information
- Liaise with insurance companies to obtain pre-authorisations
- Chase referral letters and outstanding accounts
- Ensure that the reception area is kept tidy and clean at all times

To be considered for this excellent opportunity, you must display a genuine interest in the medical field and have at least 1 year's expertise in a reception or administrative role ideally within a private clinic.
