Job Description

Brook street are looking for an experienced front of house administrator for holiday cover in Leicester city centre.

The company are a Financial Corporate Service therefore are looking for candidates who are smart and professional in their manner.

You will need to be a good all rounder in regards to your admin skills as you will be working on reception also, dealing with front of house as well as any other admin duties as required

For example:
Typing up emails / letters / distributing post
Answering telephone - dealing with general enquires
Welcoming guests, signing in, briefing health and safety and making drinks

The Ideal candidate will be available immediately and able to commit to the full 4 weeks, there is a possibility this assignment will be extended for exceptional candidates.

Monday - Friday 08.30 - 17.00 ( 60 mins lunch )

£8.50 - £9.00 p/h

Due to location there is NO parking available at the site
