Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join our team based in Stoneleigh Business Park to start the beginning of September on an ongoing temporary contract.

Salary: £9.00 per hour
Location: Stoneleigh
Requirements: Must drive (due to location)

Your new role will consist of being the first point of contact for inbound calls as well as being the face of the company for people to arrive on site. You will be responsible for answering all calls and emails, as well as managing post and setting up meeting rooms. You will also be required to complete general administration duties when required.

Our ideal candidate would have reception experience though have the passion to take on more of an administration vacancy. You will also need to have good IT and numeracy skills and be able to provide good customer service.

This role is available to start from the beginning of September and ongoing for approximately 2 months.

In return you will receive fantastic office working hours including an early finish on a Friday, we are also offering a salary of £9.00 per hour. Due to our location it is essential that you drive, though we can supply free parking on site.
