Our client is the European arm of a large international mens' fashion manufacturer based in the West End.
They are looking for a Receptionist/Administrator to join their 8 man team. It is a fairly quiet working environment where everyone works together and where a `can -do` attitude is essential.
This role is pivotal to the smooth running of the office. You will be based on reception, meeting and greeting clients, answering and fielding calls, dealing with the post and ordering office supplies. You will be maintaining filing systems and be responsible for the immaculate presentation of the office.
You will be providing refreshments, booking courier services, liaise with the building maintenance company as well as the cleaning contractors.
On the administration side you will regularly communicate with the Chairman based in India to ensure requests are carried out- these could include shopping, theatre bookings, restaurant bookings and research on products. You will be keeping the shared calender up to date, recording all sickness and holidays, sending gifts to clients/customers and booking travel and taxis.
We need someone with some office experience who can demonstrate a professional and hard working attitude. The ability to work independently and be self- motivated is key as is the ability to work in a small team where the adaptability to integrate is vital.
