Are you an experienced Receptionist/Administrator with proven commercial office experience?
Our client is an innovative dynamic lighting company who develop, manufacture and market professional lighting systems for public environments, both indoors and outdoors. They occupy unique modern offices in Southwark SE1 and are looking for a Receptionist/Administrator to man their front desk and be the face of the company. We are looking for an experienced versatile receptionist who can multi-task and provide a high level customer experience.
You will be managing the front reception desk meeting and greeting visitors, managing all telephone queries and directing them to the correct teams and maintain the general email inboxes ensuring that emails are forwarded in a timely manner.
You will be responsible for maintaining an organised reception area, arranging for couriers, accepting & signing for post and packages, and distribution to correct departments as well as manage the desk and meeting booking system.
You will order stationary and kitchen supplies as well as be involved in arranging company travel and accommodation.
As things get back to normal you will be involved in working cross-collaboratively with all teams in the business including communications to organise client visits as well as marketing to plan and implement sales meeting activities.
