Job Description

My client is looking for a receptionist /administrator. You will be working for an organisation that are leaders in their field of the workplace revolution in flexible working.

Your primary role will be to support the business in terms of providing customers with a professional and impeccable service.

On a daily basis you will be responding to face to face enquiries , taking phone calls and responding in an efficient manner. You will be highly organised and a great communicator and be able to priorities tasks and escalate customer issues quickly.

You will be working a 32 hour a week. Your hours of work will be 08.30 - 5:30pm Monday to Friday.
You will need to be flexible as you may need to provide cover for other locally based sites in the business. This is very much a hands on role so must be a team player and happy to muck in as needed !

The salary range is £16K- £20K and free car parking on site.
