Job Description

A great temporary assignment has just come in for a receptionist/administrator based at the MOD in Woodbridge. The position is expected to run for 3 months but this could be extended.

You will be working in the medical centre on reception so the role can be very busy and varied. There will also be an element of administration which will involve scanning, filing, answering the phone and sending emails. You will be using a bespoke I.T database so you must be able to pick up new systems quickly. The successful candidate will be confident, be able to communicate effectively with people from all walks of life, adhere to GDPR and data protection policies and able to multi task as the centre can get very busy with no day being the same!

If successful you will need to visit myself in the Chelmsford office to complete your vetting this will involve processing a criminal record check for you and the MOD compliance.

The position is Monday - Friday working 37 hours per week. The position is paid weekly starting at £7.98p/h which increases after 12 weeks to £9.94.
