My Camberley based client is seeking a part time Receptionist / Administrator to support various consultants in all aspects of their private medical practice. Expanding and requiring further administrative assistance. Relaxed working environment and friendly team.

We are looking to recruit a Receptionist for a medium sized Secretarial Company looking after various consultants who have very busy daily schedules. You will need to coordinate their busy diaries and to ensure that appointments are scheduled and patients are kept informed.

You ideally have at least 2 years experience of working at either a GP practice or Hospital but this is not essential.

Must be able to use Word, Excel, Outlook and be able to type and communicate well.

Should be able to communicate well with people at all levels and be a good listener.

This is a part-time, permanent position for 5 Days a week - hours on those days are flexible -but also able to cover annual leave throughout the year.

Part-time hours: 25 per week

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: £9.00-£12.00 per hour
