Our City based client is looking to recruit an experienced Receptionist /business support administrator. You will not only be manning the front desk but also provide administrative support to all areas of the business.
We are looking to speak to experienced candidates from a corporate environment who take pride in the delivery of their work. Key attributes include strong time management and organisational skills, the ability to stay calm under pressure and excellent document production skills.
Responsibilities include managing reception, meeting room bookings including refreshment/AV services, making travel arrangements for Underwriters including flights, hotels etc as well as events management for Underwriters.
You will also deal with document production, e.g board packs to include printing and binding for all staff. Additionally you will order stationery, tea/coffee provisions, lunches etc as required.
General administration tasks including filing and scanning and back-up support to the Facilities Manager, PA to CEO and Exec Assistant.
