Job Description

Are you looking for a new diverse Receptionist/Facilities role in the City?

We have the perfect opportunity for someone with proven experience to join this small team to cover the areas of Reception, Back office and Facilities.

You must have the flexibility to work within an 8 hour shift pattern covering the hours of 7am to 7pm on a rota basis with your colleagues.

On reception you will provide a first class reception service to visitors, manage room bookings, book taxis, maintain effective filing systems and act as contact for contractors.

In the back office you will be arranging all courier requests, process incoming and outgoing mail, order stationery, organise the Group print requirements and check all purchase invoices.You will additionally arrange the regular supply of kitchen provisions and assist the Head of IT & Services with specific projects as and when required.

With regards to facilities you will undertake key holder responsibilities, including unlocking and locking of the premises and setting and monitoring alarms if you are on that shift. You will organise the recycling of paper collection and waste disposal. You will actively assist with the maintenance and operation of the Group`s Health and Safety policies and procedures and assist with the regular (weekly) fire bell testing and other general fire warden duties.
Additionally you will be expected to proactively walk the floors to ensure there are no health and safety violations and escalate if cleaning or maintenance work is required and in general assist anyone who needs it.
