8-1 or 1-6pm - Mon to Fri
Perm 8.21-9 PH
25 hours a week

SHOWROOM HOST (PART TIME) - GATWICK
*Salary: Minimum/living wage

Key Objectives:
*To meet and greet visitors entering the showroom and assist them with their enquires
*To manage the showroom and customer area's to provide a relaxed and pleasant experience for visitors
*To encourage potential customers to explore and buy brand products and services
*To provide refreshments for visitors
*To help ensure every customer has a pleasant customer experience
*To operate the showroom switchboard, answering incoming calls promptly and politely
*To provide general administration support for Sales and Aftersales departments

Applicant Requirements:
*You must have previous experience as a Host or Receptionist in a similar environment
*You must have experience operating a switchboard
*You must have excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
*You must be computer literate with experience of Microsoft Work and Excel
*You must be smart, presentable and have a welcoming smile!

Hours of Work:
*Monday to Friday 8am-1pm or Monday to Friday 1pm-6pm
